Dariush Rakhshani
Partner and CEO

Dariush co-founded CHI in 2000, anticipating the boom in Dubai’s F&B sector and the demand for high quality meat.
Focusing on high quality products and first class customer service, Dariush built CHI into the top purveyor of premium chilled meats in the UAE.
He has been active in the Dubai food industry (solution and value added/logistics &distribution / foodservice/ retail) for the last 25 years and continues to be instrumental to CHI's growth and development.
He studied business management in France, achieving an MBA, and thereafter completed a Ph.D. in Economics Science.

Maria Luisa Panzica La Manna
Chief Commercial Officer

Maria Luisa has combined international relations and project management skills throughout her career in the US, Europe and the UAE, with work in the private and government sectors and food production business.
She brings broad experience in managing international events, participating in government negotiations and building a successful food start up to CHI’s expansion in food service and retail concept, the Prime Gourmet brand.
After completing her university studies in Political Science in Italy, she went on to earn a Masters degree in International Relations and Economics in the United States.

Amir Syed
Sales Manager

Amir has been with Country Hill International since it started operations. With more than 2 decades of experience in sales, logistics, cold chain and HACCP management, Amir has successfully developed and managed CHI’s customer’s portfolio adding key supply contracts. He oversees and coordinates CHI’s entire supply chain, including its value added production and Prime Gourmet operations, guaranteeing its consistently high quality and hygiene standards.
