Established in 1999 in the UAE, Country Hill International, (CHI) has grown to become a leading supplier of premium meat and dry foodstuff in the GCC.
| Country Hill International is headquartered in Dubai (UAE) with a predominant focus on sales within the UAE but also extending across the whole of the GCC.
CHI is a food import and distribution company. We source and supply premium branded high quality meat and dry foodstuff from around the world to the retail, hospitality, catering and hotel industries within the UAE and broader GCC markets. With a predominant focus on premium branded chilled meat products, the expanding portfolio includes but not limited to Wagyu, grain-fed and grass-fed beef programs, veal, lamb, poultry and specialty meat products, predominantly sourced from Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Europe. CHI has its own dedicated warehouse and production facility located in Al Quoz industrial area; this includes a 11,000 sq. ft. cold and dry storage and a temperature controlled production unit operating under the principles and standards of HACCP. |
Distribution and logistics capabilities include 14 temperature controlled refrigerated delivery vehicles. In order to add value to its business and at the same time to better understand the performance of the products that we distribute, CHI has strategically diversified its business model through the establishment of a state of the art fully integrated meat processing facility for value added production (meat portioning and other processed meat products). In 2010, CHI launched its retail concept, Prime Gourmet, a specialized butchery shop.
